I just upgraded my computer to an i5 4690k and asus ranger vii mobo and I'm having some issues, the system runs fine without GPU but as soon as I put it in I get errors 99,96 or 94 and not outputting display sometimes it turns on and off continuosly and sometime i get it going only for it to blue screen thr gpu however runs fine in my old system. Ive checkbthe ram by swaping it out etc. and have done the same for the power supply. So it this point I think it is the mobo or CPU or GPU driver and I need to know which one in case i have to send it in for a replacement, any help would be appreciated

Does the computer post at all? If it doesn't even post, then drivers are not an issue as they only matter once the computer beings booting into Windows. If the computer isn't posting, it's not even going to attempt to boot Windows.
