I like both can't decide.

S340, You can hide the PSU. Clean look. Top power button and USB ports for easy access.

 

450D. More airflow, 2 5.25 in bays (nothing in S340), E-ATX compatibility,

S340, I like the look of it.

 

But its your preference though.

Depends on your personal preference. I would personally go for the S340, it looks nice.
