pc noise

My PC is DEATHLY loud even on idle, maybe even louder than while playing games. I have the R4 with sound dampening material yet the PC is way too loud especially since I have open eared headphones. What can I do about this?... I have tried going into the bios and putting fans on silent mode etc. Please help me before my ear drums turn into soup.

install Corsair Link and set it to Quiet mode when your idle, it should be able to handle quiet mode when gaming as well if it REALLY that loud

Also MSI afterburner and set the fans to about 25% usage

So where does the noise actually come from? Is it PC in your signature that you are talking about? Try stopping single fans with your hand to determine which ones are loud.

just hold the middle until the fan stops. it won't break or anything. alternatively you can unplug some fan headers one at a time to narrow down which fan is making the most noise

I run 25% on on benchmarks . 

Those cards run so cool especially the tri-fan design. I run two fans on 0% while gaming jfc it won't overheat

They can on witcher 3 also on corsair link there is no option for quiet mode which is odd.

Do what Technicolours said. It's not dangerous if you stop them gently.
