I've done it on my 290x wouldn't do it for a prolonged time tho

DISPLAYS: LG 27UL500 IPS 4k60hz + HDR and LG 27GL650F IPS 1080p 144hz + HDR

I ran my 7970s at 1.225 volts. 

 

 

if they are under warranty, who cares. crank it up until the temps get scary

GPU-Z regularly tells me I get spikes to 1.442V - still not dead.
