Custom Side Panel Window!

Hey all, I'm a complete n00b in case modding, but I bought the Silencio 652S from CM around April, not really thinking I would want a window, but now I do. So my question, is would you all recommend I do a case mod? or just buy a FD Define S/R5? I have plenty of tools, so that's not a problem. But if I did do the case mod, what materials do you think I would need to do it? Any and all help is appreciated!!

If your handy and want to do it yourself it's very doable, for materials an hard acrylic/plexi or even glass makes a great window.
