I'm almost surely getting the Asrock X99 OC Formula 3.1 - 

 

can anyone suggest something else that is similar and reliable that fits the price range 300-400?

Man u dont need anything fancy 100-200$ boards from gigabyte and asus do a perfect job

Ok, but my budget is 300-400.

Save it for another part? You can get a reliable board from ASUS as well and not spend so much but whatever.

I believe it's the Gigabyte X99-UD3 (great board) and it's only like 180. You can take the money you save and put it back into your build else where.

Look, I've budgeted 300-400 for a board that will be running a 24/7 overclock, has lane switching capability, m.2 x4 3.0, good power phase design either true 8 or 6doubled, and quality components with plenty features. If there is a sub 300 board that can give me that then that would be great.

I understand that, but i've budgeted 300-400 to get a motherboard that is feature rich and quality.
