My wifi on my newly built pc (yes i have usb port wifi conectoer no i cannot do an ethernet cable cant have one, wirless only option) is not having a consitsitent conection the wifibar goes from 5 bars to 2 back to 3 up to five down to one and so forth and some time completly disconecting. Worked the 1st 3 weeks fine then the last 4 days its been doing this. its not my internet my ps4 is wirless and its behind me real good conection even tried my sisters laptop no problem. Any way to fix this?

Copy the hardware ID of the Wifi card from device manager and post it back here.

That was for your GTX970. In Device manager, Look under Network Devices.
