R9 380 boot stuttering

hi 

just bought Nitro R9 380 it works fine games is 40+ fps with no lag as far as i tried but it stuter at boot screen !

 

there supposed to be a graphic of the motherboard feature it became this

*not static colors it changes in squares (pixel-like)

 

so is it the bios on the gpu or mobo or something else ?

It's kinda beautiful.

 

Probably your BIOS since you're running an old platform.

yea it looks like  a retro arcade tile map when it moves ! :D
