I have sennheisers PC 350 SE, and while they aren't the g4me version, they are similar and I don't have much to complain about them asides from the headband not being wide and the cost.

I paid like $120 for mine and at that price they were 100% worth it. But when they are $200 or more ($300 in Canada) I don't think I could so easily recommend them just because of the lack of value. They are good but not $200-300 good.

Spoiler

Is it just me or is Grammar slowly becoming extinct on LTT?

I would have to say that the the price is the biggest part that scares me with buying it... but i do believe, going from the reviews on the web site that it will be well worth it.

I know the reviews of them are very good because they are very good products. However when you compare them to say Hyper X clouds (2) the G4me's value just isn't there. I know people go around suggesting the Clouds a lot because others like them but I tried out my friends and while they were different feeling and fitting (much looser) and maybe a little heavier they sound pretty good and the build was fairly good.

The only other thing I can add to my experience with the PC 350's is that until they were broken in they were super tight fitting and the clamping force was great enough to make my head hurt after a while. But after awhile they loosened up and are super nice.

I guess the breaking in game is kind of with most products, maybe, or maybe not. If you could suggest any other kind of headset that you might think is better, what would u suggest??

I can't really suggest much of anything better but maybe the Berodynamic MMX 300 - but i think those are more money. Hyper X clouds (2) for a more budgeted approach and then there is the option of something like a Mod Mic attached to Sennheiser HD 558's or Audio-technica ATH M50x, etc.

But I have no experience with any of these combo's or products

I myself use the Razer Kraken 7.1  Chroma and I love the way they sound but that won't be the same for everyone. Also during the summer months they are unusable unless you have some kind of air-conditioning the way I do, so this is a think to look out for any headset that you may purchase.

I've heard HyperX's Cloud II is a great one. Haven't played around with it myself but it looks very promising.

If you are looking for a non-gaming headset, or for something that will just give you awesome audio check the Audio Technica ATH-M50x. (They sound AWESOME but they don't have a built-in mic)

I'm most defiantly looking at a gaming headset, i have just looked at the hyper x cloud and i really like the look of them, i had a look at a few of the reviews on them and by the sounds of it that are a really great headset, so its a toss up between the  Sennheiser GAME ZERO and the hyper x cloud.

tbh i am not a huge fan of the razer headsets. ( i like them.. just don't know if i would ever go out and get a pair)

i have tried them (was a guest on a gaming/talkshow stream on twitch) and the audio is awesome, the mic is good only minus with it is that its not on a flexible boom.
