I'd say the classified would be better for OC'ing i thought the Strix had coil wine or something IDk, but i'd go for the classified.

Is the 980 ti STRIX better than the the EVGA Classified?

In PCpartpicker the strix has a higher clock speed and is listed to be cheaper than classified

But the classified is a $100 cheaper in amazon than strix

What should I choose

Please don't give me reason using price

Classified of course, strix coolers aren't that great.
