I'm looking to mount a ramdisk on my computer for the speed, and I'm wondering if ram also has a limited number of read/write cycles like SSDs, and if repeated writing to a ramdisk is bad for the ram

I have enough ram for a ramdisk (it was super cheap so I got 4 sticks of 8GB for a total of 32GB, I also share my computer and my sister uses it to do a lot of video editing)

I am not quite sure but I would think not because the ram is used everyday for every task..

There are 10 types of people in the world: Those who understand binary, and those who don't.

Just some helpful stuff: You're - You are, Your - Your car, They're - They are, Their - Their car, There - Over there.
