decent steam box ?

so im planning A steam box using some used parts and ome new depending on cost. im on a super tigh budget and im doing this as a project and may sell it to make some money idk yet.

cpu- i5-750, or some lga 1155

mobo-some lga 1156, or an asus lga1155 h61

ram-cheapest 8gb kit of ddr3

gpu- evga gtx 770 sc

psu- unsure yet

storage- 320gb 2.5 inch hdd (salvaged from my old net book)

os- steam os

ok so cost,

cpu-i5 750 i can get off my friend for 15$ maybe, or find a cheap enough lga 1155 cpu

mobo- maybe grab my friends lga 1156 mobo along with the i5 if it still works for maybe 15$, or a asus h61 lga 1155 for 25$

gpu- evga gtx 770 for 50$

psu- not too sure maybe a used corssair tx 550m for 40$ or the cheapest new 500 watt i can get my hands on that wont burn down my house

hdd- salvaged 320gb 5400rpm silent drive 

ram- again the cheapest 8gb kit whioch costs around 40$ new

total cost ish: 170$ cad 

what do you guys think ? could i sellthis thing for 250-300 cad ? 

170$ for a decent little steam box that should play games at medium to high settings 60 fps at 1080p

still an unknown, maybe a cardboard or lego case, if i choose to sell it ill have to get an actual case but if i decide to keep it it will most likely be home made

my mom does do alot of wood work, i can probably get something together for cheap, although again if i sell it i dont know how many people would appreciate a wooden computer

to be honest i might just offer to buy my friends entire old pc off him for like 60$ for the cpu,mobo, psu and case since he doesnt use it anymore and its just sitting arround
