I was looking at your storage solution, and I am going to say that most often, the loudest part of your computer will be the HDDs. 

It is kinda nice that the HDD is the loudest part (since they don't make that much sound) , but they are really friggin annoying when they are the only thing you hear. 

 

Have you ever heard a worn-out optical drive then? It makes the kind of noise that I imagine the fire brigade would happily put on their trucks...

update: cpu changed to 5960X. Tried to find a 5930K on amazon sold by amazon but no dice so 8 cores it is.
