How to overclock 2 gpu sli?

The faster one is gonna underclock to match the lower one.  I'd overclock the slower one to match the faster one.

You may have one card clocked higher than the other, but the slower card will hold back the faster one. If you put two cards in SLI and they consistently have different clocks after overclocking, there's nothing you can do.

Not necessarily. My 660 Ti's ran at differing clocks. 1202MHz vs 1189MHz on the other one. Exact same settings and cards.
