Windows 10 Internet Not Working

So I was downloading and installing/uninstalling multiple vpn clients and when I uninstalled hot spot shield or open vpn my internet stopped working. I can't connect using ethernet or a Wi-Fi adapter. I've tried updating my network driver but nothing. My internet says that it's limited.

click the wifi button, click network settings, then click network and sharing center, up the top, see if it says public or home
