Go to solution Solved by W-L,

I would like to have some advice of case modding, instead of using hole saw to cut a hole and get a fan grill on my pc case, is it possible to punch the grill directly on the case itself? FYI the thickness of the case is around 0.7mm +/- 0.1mm.

Dont laugh at my paint skills lol, i suck at drawing

If you have a drill press you could drill a pattern of holes I've done it before even with a hand drill in plexi but it takes some time and patience, one thing to note is having air flow through those grill type mount tends to make a buzzing sound unless you add a spacer or give it some room between the panel and the fan.
