New pc

So I went out and bought a 960 to replace my amd 6570 in my pc and I think that my fx 8320 @4.58 ghz (cooled by a cooler master hyper 212 evo) is bottlenecking my gpu. So I've been looking at getting a i7 5960x in my new pc, I've built a pc on pcpartpicker. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/X9KWRB

I was originally going for dual 8 core 2.6 ghz xeons for a 3000 to 4000 gaming build but what do I need 2 xeon for. So I decided to go with a i7 5960x for overclocking. What I'm looking for in my new pc is a case that I can do massive a liquid cooling loop in for when the 2017 Nvidia graphics cards I plan on getting 4 of the titans that come out that year or the equivalent of the 980 ti but I want the pc to kinda be under 4k but if it goes a bit over its fine.

Storage I'm not worried about I have 3 hdds and a ssd already but I'm getting new ones anyway to add on. If u can make a x99 build for under 4k show me, if u built a x99 pc that is under show me the specs. Don't worry about a graphics card as I game at 1600x900, I don't see the need to go 1080 right now

Why do you even need a X99 build with a 8core CPU and 4 way SLI is a completely pointless waste of money even 3 way SLI is a waste for gaming purposes and you're only playing 900p do you use the PC for other intensive things besides gaming?

And what all use will this be for....? Cause going from a 960 and fx 8320 to a 5960X or two xeons and 4 titans is a colossal leap.

An i5 4690k/6600k would be good for gaming but wanted to future proof this some so you shouldn't need to upgrade for a long time.

8gb is enough for gaming, but like i said, futureproofing a bit.

Simple ssd/hdd storage. 980 ti graphics card.

The power supply is more than needed, but it will give plenty of room to upgrade and Xfx is a good brand.
