So I'm helping a friend with PC parts for his PC he's going to build. Some advice on the specs would be nice as I will list them below; however, he's planning on using a 2005 Sony Vaio VGC RB60G case as a case. It looks like a decent case to me, but I was hoping for some advice on whether it's a good choice or not. If everything fits, is the airflow good? Are the fans good enough to use? He's using it because his mother owns it already. The specs I've decided on are as follows:

CPU: i3 4160 3.6GHz

Motherboard: ASRock H97M Anniversary

Ram: Crucial 8GB 1x8 DDR3 1600MHz

Storage: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM 64MB CASHE

GPU: Gigabyte Windforce GTX 750TI 2GB

Case: Read above.

PSU: EVGA W1 500w (I personally use it and it works fine. Not to mention it has great reviews and I've heard it's just a less efficient version of the B1 unit.

Monitor: http://www.amazon.com/Acer-G226HQL-Bbd-21-5-inch-Widescreen/dp/B009POS0GS/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1440119794&sr=1-2&keywords=acer+monitor

He's buying everything off of Amazon.

From images on the case airflow is decent so airflow shouldn't be an issue. Hope everything does fit, which should looks like an ATX sized space for the motherboard.

Yeah, I was thinking airflow wouldn't be much of an issue. The motherboard I chose was Micro ATX which should be alright. I was mainly worried for the GPU, but I think it'll be fine.

My honest opinion is get a case, consumer grade PC cases are not really good for rebuilding in them, some times motherboards are made to fit and its hard to work with that. If it works, go on with it.
