Windows 1o fresh install

I am planning on upgrading my PC from windows 8.1 to windows 10 and I need my PC so I am wondering how long it will take to do a fresh install.

Installing Windows itself doesn't take long but when it's setting up it can take a while

On my PC it took like 2min to install the new copy of Windows 10. What takes time is setting up your stuff after. Things like Steam can take a lot time till your games get all downloaded and working; some programs, which are poorly coded and that need workarounds to get them working properly, etc, etc...
