Nzxt's service is amazing lol.  I have heard a few people on the forums praising them, but until now I didn't realize how good it actually is.

 

 

Anyways moral of the story is, I bought a sentry mix 2 fan controller on august 1st, and it's now the 6th, when I viewed my order it said it was still processing.  

 

I got in touch with their live chat, it took about 1minute for a person to respond to me, she viewed my order and told me that she'd have to manually look into it for me, and that she'd email me in 1-2hours.

 

About 40 minutes later my house-phone rang, I answered it.  The lady told me who she was and that my order had been mixed up, and that they were very sorry.  She told me they were going to give me free overnight shipping so I'd have it tomorrow.

 

Amazing service,all my questions were answered, service was almost instantaneous. If anyone is looking for a company to buy stuff from that has great service, I highly recommend them.

Well... for me it took 3-months to get replaced fan controller for Phantom 820...

If that was meant to be an insult I wasn't insulting you, so there was no reason to insult back. I simply asked a question.

It is weird how NZXT service is good there and in Finland it is so bad.

Idk it said their online chat thing was a beta, so maybe it's a new thing they're trying to implement :o

 

I'm glad I didn't get stuck with an indian person I couldn't understand lol. I cannot stand companies that do that, the amount of money they save doing that probably ends up costing more in the end from nobody getting their problems fixed lol

It is horrible i called there and someone from india answered and i never got my windows activated.

I said least 10-times that i live in Finland not in England, and she did not contact me to Finnish phone operator and thats why i never got windows activated.. LOL :)

I said least 10-times that i live in Finland not in England, and she did not contact me to Finnish phone operator and thats why i never got windows activated.. LOL :)

 

 

When I had to call customer service for my internet I got a guy that sounded like a cross between indian and mexican, couldn't understand a word he said.  I went into the internet store near my house and told em what happened and they gave me free upgraded net from 25/5 to 50/10 for free 3 months then 10$ extra afterwards lol it was great XD

 

 

I can't stand customer service most of the time lol :/ I swear it's either.. They don't understand anything you ask them because they're clueless, or they barely speak english

They are amazing, some of the best customer service I've encountered.
