What is the best laptop for $600 usd?

It needs to be sold at Best buy (Don't ask why lol) Or links to newegg will be fine.

 

It will be used in word perfect,to surf the web and download a lot of small files.

It needs to have a full num pad.

It will be on all day every day. 

 

If there is a great reason to bump up the price just let me know.

There are lots under 600 not with an i7 16gigs of ram BUT i3-i5 4-8 gigs of ram!
