Should i buy this build With a graphics card already:

i3-3240

gtx 750 ti
h81m-e
4gb ram 
psu
1tb harddrive
 
OR this build WITHOUT A GRAPHICS CARD:
 
i5 4570
h81m-e
4gb ram
psu
1tb harddrive
 
Is it worth the wait? Should I buy the i3 build so I can play immediately(gta v, tomb raider, bf4, etc)? or Should I wait and save some more money to buy a graphics card for the i5 build?

It's better to wait, then get i5 + GPU (also better other parts like Motherboard and RAM).

Make sure not to get a 2 sticks of 2GB, get only 1 stick of 4GB, so you'll be able to upgrade to 8GB once you get the GPU card. (The mobo you mentioned have only 2 DIMM slots)
