What do you mean? Looks fine to me.

min fps, when I had my gpu paired with a fx 8350 it had higher (by like .5) min fps and I'm pretty sure that the fx 8350 bottlenecks the 970

You're using 8XAA which will dramatically bring your FPS down. What I typically do is if I'm going to use higher than 4XAA I'm going to just use DSR and upscale the game, it typically looks even better than AA.

DSR?

Dynamic Super Resolution. It allows you to render the images that will be displayed on your screen at higher than native resolution. An example being you're rendering a image at 4k on a 1080p monitor, the image is then down-sampled 1080p for a incredibly crisp image that sometimes is easier to run than high levels of Anti-Aliasing.
