just whatever quality z chipset mobo has all the features you want and you think looks nice.

Doesnt really matter in terms of overclocking. 

btw, wich formfactor?

atx 

and something that can run crossife (even all sligtly better motherboard nowadays)

and probabbly doesent require molex or aditional power for pcie lanes

my build is black/blue but mostly black with small collor accents works fine. im not 100% for estetics

im geting a new motherboard for 4690k and i will overclock. and my budged is around 160- 190$ or less.

I love my Asus z97-a of you don't like the gold get the z97-ar, same board but with silver heat sinks

@domini123 ASRock has very good motherboards for lower price than their counterparts from MSI/Gigabyte, look for ASRock Fatal1ty series with a Z97 chipset and choose whichever you can afford.

How about Asus z97 pro gamer?

Should be good too, but overall wouldn't be better than a z97-ar unless the board matches your color scheme
