Where can i get good help from ORIGIN, Everyone in live chat is useless !

This is my problem every time i try to add game to my shopping cart in Origin store, this message pops up instead showing game was added to shopping cart "This promo code is no longer valid or has already been used."

NOTE: I am not trying to use promo code, all i want to do is add game to the cart so i can buy it.

I opened alot of chats and every chat goes about the same like this, with person that doesnt understand anything and after light bulb finally goes on in his head, there is no solution always come back in 24 hours

This just happened:

For 30min i was saying that i cant add any game in my cart, that i always get message "This promo code is no longer valid or has already been used." and i am not trying to use any promo codes. also i told him that i have this problem for about 6 months and because of that i had to bzy hard copies in stores

some responses the guy gave me, remember that from the start i gave him every inforamation of what i am trying to do.

-He gave me promo code

-try to add other game than witcher 3

-what are you system specs maybe you cant run the game

-EA doesnt sell Witcher 3 is sold by 3rd party so promo codes dont work

-Make a new acc and buy game from that acc and use 2 acc's WHAT

-Asked and expert and he said to try adding another game in the cart Again facepalm

after that he said that Origin billing system is broken that i need to come back in 24h and it will work, and ended the chat without giveing me time to reply (i have this problem for 6 months already !)

So does anyone know how to contact someone that know what he is doing or maybe does anyone know a solution for this
