Four, If I recall. 1 140 mm in the back and three 120's in the front.

There are three 120mm intake fans and one 140mm exhaust fan. They are not bad, but a bit too loud. I switched all the fans to SP120 quiet editions and one AF140 (the fan at the back). I even replaced the H100i fans to SP120's.
