No fan spin or anything.

I had a dead psu so I switched it out and it booted fine into the os. I turned it off and on it worked. I click the reset button and now it wont power back on.

I have tried pulling cmos, unplugging for 20 mins, and it worked. Then same issue but I cant get it to boot at all now.

Specs:

Pentium 4

gigabyte apx 8x

9200e ati gpu

1gb of ddr 400
