Windows 8.1 & 10 Problems

Hello Forum,

 

As many of you that Windows 8 and above has this problem where the internet keeps going to limited and this buggs me A LOT! My internet goes to limited when I'm playing Blacklight and it's super annoying. Please someone help me out in fixing this. Also, I'm having the fuzzy text issue in some apps in Windows 10. Is there a solution for that?
