You can't play it because R* servers are down?

the servers are actually down for scheduled maintenance. but I was still able to get on in offline mode. but since you said you haven't played in a bit, maybe it needs to re-validate, which will require a connection.

Aftermarket 980Ti >= Fury X >= Reference 980Ti > Fury > 980 > 390X > 390 >= 970 > 380X > 380 >= 960 > 950 >= 370 > 750Ti = 360

they said it was for ~7 hours but i suspect they've been down for some time already. maybe try every half an hour for the next few hours (or something like that)

Why isn't there an off line mode?

I suspect it's to do with the second half of what i said before. It seems your copy needs to be re-validated/re-activated, which will require a connection to the R* servers. (your image shows you were in offline mode btw)
