Ney PC for small video editing

Hey guys, one of my friend gave me the mission of building his new PC I know my stuff in the high end gear but his budget is limited and I am not up to date on the new mid-low end gear. So I am calling for your help

His budget is 500 to 800 dollars (I LIVE IN CANADA PLEASE USE CANADIAN PRICE)

The PC will be used for amateur editing of video and photo. He intend on buying a gopro. He is also a gamer but I dont think it is the main goal of this build.

One important thing to note. We have a 750TI that could be reused for the PC, but if it does not fit, a new one could always be bought.

the psu is actually a good cx unit. if you wanted to save money on this build, go with a smaller ssd or a cheaper one. you could also downgrade to a b85 board or an h81 board
