another question is can i use cloud flair with a website from them?

 

Don't really understand first question. As Cloudflare is its own service which is used as mask to original site, I think you are good to go. I don't think SquareSpace can really prevent you from doing it, you are after all just renting space, bandwidth and tools from them.

You quoted my reply to Cloudflare thing. As for billing plans and features, I think the listing they have is pretty self-explanatory. Can be found bottom of front page.
