I7-2600 CPU usage and temps

This is what I'm getting while looking at a twitch.tv stream at source, downloading world of warcraft and talking to people on skype. Is this normal?

My current system is: | CPU: i7 2600 3.40GHz | RAM: 12GB Dual Channel DDR3 1600MHZ | Motherboard: CG8350 | Storage: 931GB Seagate+Samsung 850 EVO Series 250GB | GPU: GTX 970 Gaming | PSU: G2 750 | Monitors: 2x BenQ XL2411Z

It goes up to 79% usage max, haven't seen it go higher than that.
