Witcher 3 performance decrease and freezing ? Patch 1.07

Hi , i have some issues with Witcher 3 ,  with my setup i was able to play it without problem, till the 1.07 patch

I have sudden freezings, and lagging , stuttering ..  so frustrating. Is it bcs of the patch or driver issues? Will the 1.08 help on this?

it might be your CPU, since its a teeny weeny dual core, but im not sure.

make sure you have latest GPU drivers and that your cpu or gpu is not thermal throttling

Bad advice. From what I've seen the latest drivers are the most likely culprit in this game.

Make sure you are playing in Fullscreen and not Borderless. That had a tonne of issues with the driver for me.

Many people are saying that they experience stuttering after patching to 1.07. You can try patching to 1.08 if you can't fix it any other way. Worst case scenario you can play with the last patch that worked fine (probably by reinstalling the game).
