Can't Update WIndows !

Hey there, when i try update windows 7, i receive this error.

I am currently using windows 7. COuld anybody help me with this? I won't mind providing logs, but i'm not sure how to

Windows suspects there's an issue with your install which needs to be attended to before upgrading or else the upgrade will inherit the same issue. You can use this tool to find out what's hindering the process and fix the issue. Get the right version, install and run it, do whatever it suggests and retry the upgrade after that. If it spits out an error message, copy it here so we can work from there.
