91% memory usage?

so my computer has been using 91% of its memory, i noticed this when i was watching videos on youtube and the whole chrome browser started lagging, i opened up task manager and its says the system is using all of the ram,  how can i fix this, it use to use much less memory and i wouldnt go over 30% in the same scenario, and also i have been running windows 10 but this is only start happening over the past few days

 

okay so i got it down to 40% usuage by closing this synaptics thing that started opening up

I have 4GB of RAM with 3 tabs open in Opera right now and I'm at 58% memory usage but it's seemingly "smooth".

Extensions take up tons of RAM too, open start task manager and look in performance tab, you'll see everything that uses RAM

I'm telling you.  Uninstall Chrome and use IE instead.  Then see what your RAM usage looks like.
