I will buy an i5-6600k, and i want to overclock it. What should i buy for cooler? Im thinking about Phanteks ph-tc12dx, is this enough? Should i buy other air cooler or AIO water cooler?

Well, you can get an NH-D14/5 or Dark Rock Pro 3 for that sort of money if you wanted the best. 

 

The one you suggested is a good middle ground though.
