So im looking to get a new Keyboard and mouse to mix things up a bit, Ive been using a Corsair K65 i think, its non rgb no back lighting with no 10 and an aluminum base, i was thinking of swapping to cherry mx browns from my current cherry mx reds, I don't have any interest in RGB or Back lighting  as normally im just looking at the game and not the pretty colors i can make my peripherals do. if a keyboard has a 10 key or not isnt much of a issue. as for a mouse I previously had purchased the Razer Oroboros, to replace my generic laser mouse with side buttons from my friend however i couldn't get the mouse to work with my computer and with lots of trouble shooting i have decided to give up on it and just get a different mouse. I generally play MMo or Fps so i dont need lots of side buttons i could do just fine with only 3 buttons and the scroll wheel, generally im playing games like Borderlands, Rocket League, fallout, Payday, and smite with keyboard and mouse while. using a  controller for most everything else, so what do you all recommend as a replacement for my current peripherals.

Also yes the razer oroboros makes a great desk paperweight/ornament.

Its a Championship not a Belt!

-300$ USD

Under $300 for a keyboard and mouse?  We sure have a lot to work with lol.  If you don't care about fancy backlighting and want Cherry MX Browns, I would look into something from the Ducky Shine series.  For the mouse, what type of grip do you have and what size is your hands (look at the link in my signature called "Mouse Guide" to find out)?

First of all, I actually do NOT recommend you spend $300 on peripherals.  Once you hit around $200 combined for a mouse + keyboard, you're essentially maxing out on how much "performance" your money will get.  If you go above $200, you're facing a high level of diminishing returns.

Keyboard

Cherry MX browns are incredibly popular, because they are middle-of-the-road between tactile (clicky) and linear (non-clicky) switches.  I'd actually recommend you also consider Cherry MX Blue, in addition to the Cherry MX Browns.  A lot of people jump on the bandwagon of how they're not ideal for gaming, but I actually prefer them because I prefer highly tactile "clicky" key feel.  Again, it comes down to personal preference.

I'd also recommend that you take a look at tenkeyless keyboards (TKL).  They chop off the NumPad, so that your left hand and right (mousing) hand can be positioned closer together, in a more natural position.  Lots of pro-gamers go with mechanical TKL keyboards for that purpose.  I personally own about 3 CMStorm Quickfire TK keyboards (in Cherry MX Blue and Brown) for the different locations where I work and game.  They're relatively inexpensive, and built reasonably well.  You wouldn't really go wrong with one of those.  But if you're looking for more niche picks, then MassDrop would be a great place for you to shop for more exotic and rare mechanical keyboards.

Mouse

As for the mouse... I'd recommend you go with an optical mouse, instead of a laser mouse.  The only "advantage" of laser mice can get ridiculously high DPI.  But in practice, nobody ever uses DPI that high, so I'd argue that it's a relatively useless "feature" of laser mice.  Optical mice, on the other hand, track much more reliably on a variety of surfaces, and don't suffer from acceleration or lift-off.

As far as mice go, I'd recommend that you look for a Logitech G400 or G400s (not the G402) for a wired mouse, or the Logitech G602 for a wireless mouse.  The Logitech G400 is just a well-built optical mouse.  Fantastic right-hand shape, simple button layout and design, and it uses the Avago 3095 optical sensor.  That sensor is considered by most hardcore mouse nerds and pro-gamers as one of the best sensors in a mouse.

As for the Logitech G602... great shape.  Also uses the Avago 309x family of optical sensor.  And it gets fantastic battery life for a gaming-grade wireless mouse.  Most wireless gaming-grade mice have battery life in the range of 18-72 hours, whereas a Logitech G602 has battery life around 1-2 months on alkaline AA's.  If you decide to go with this mouse, I'd recommend you put lithium AA batteries in the mouse, instead of alkaline AA's.  Lithium AA batteries will extend the battery life to around 3-6 months of use, and give your mouse a lighter center-balanced weight profile (whereas alkaline batteries will give you a heavier rear-balanced weight profile).

I'm not spending 300 i have a maximum budget of 300$  im not doing wireless peripherals, as wired has better response times, as well as i hate my keyboard making more noise to be picked up by my microphone when streaming.

I use a mis of palm and finger grip  according to your guide, medium length and width.

Since you are fine with not a lot of buttons on the side of the mouse and play some FPS games, I would look into the Zowie EC1-A or the Logitech G402.
