New fan layout

Hey,

 

I currently have two Fractal Design GP14 case fans that came with my Define S case, one is an intake and the other an exhaust and my CPU cooler is pushing air towards the exhaust. Due to limited space I have to keep my PC tucked underneath my desk. I'm thinking of getting 2x Fractal Design Venturi HP-14 as intakes (or any other recommendations, noctuas etc). If I buy new intake fans, should I move the GP14 fan, so that it blows air out the top, in which case I would have two exhaust fans or should I just buy a new exhaust fan as well and only have one exhaust? I tend to have problems with dust, so should I be looking at a positive pressure setup?
