If you actually are gonna build this, I'd just add a 980ti and an ssd to your current system.

Selling my current build :P

switching the 970 and motherboard only will be a better choice tho. that cpu cooler ram and everything looks pretty fine to me. just a ssd gpu and psu upgrade will do.
