Code 43!

so I recently just bought an gtx970,and when I was playing some cs go my video card crashed and now I can't get it running , windows shows me this error "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" ,and my video card is not recognized,i tried installing different drivers,im running windows 7 ultimate x64,what should I do?
