Tips on my build please

Motherboard: gigabyte 990FXA-UD5 R5

CPU: Amd fx-8350 black edition 8-core processor

CPU Fan: Cooler Master Hypo 212 EVO

GPU: Sapphire r9 280x vapor-x tri-x 3gb

PSU: Sentey 725w

Case: Corsair Carbide Series White 500r

HDD: WD Blue 1tb

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB

Monitor: Asus MX239H, 23-Inch Full HD AH-IPS LED-backlit and Frameless Monitor

Mouse: E-3lue Cobra EMS622BKAA-NU 6-button Blue LED Wired Optical High Precision Gaming Mouse for PC and Mac

Keyboard: ​Razer BlackWidow Chroma Clicky Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

Headset: Razer Krake​n Pro

OS: Windows 10 Pro (64-Bit)

RAM: G.Skill ripjaws x series 8GB (2x4 GB) 1600

different brand of PSU. A more expensive CPU cooler wouldn't hurt. You only need a 128 gig SSD. I suggest a air 540 case since you're using AMD parts, gotta keep them temps low :D

 

Edit: also get a damn fan controller, they're amazingly useful.

1. get an i5, not a 8350. it will perform much better

2. get something like an xfx or seasonic psu, not that one

I realized I should've got a better psu. I ordered that one because it was on sale. thanks for the tips

I mean it won't hurt but I've never heard of the brand. When it comes to PSU's you want the best in terms of quality you can get. But like it said it'll work, just be more cautious with it.

I already ordered my amd motherboard. I prefer amd over intel. intel is more expensive for same results in my opinion. I already ordered psu and can tell its cheap..

Ok, if you want to get anywhere in PC building, you can't be biased. Always go for the best. You should've just dished out a little more on the CPU and bought a 4460.
