I was wondering what you fellas think is the best drive cloning software.

And also,
Here's my situation.

I have 2 hard drives:

1 350 gb drive

1 1tb drive.

The 350 has my OS on it and also some misc. apps.

My 1tb has 200gb of steam games on it.

My friend needs a hard drive to get his computer running so i told him he could have my 350gb drive.

So the question is, can i move everything from the 350gb drive to the 1tb drive without deleting everything on the 1tb drive?

I have some disk cloning software but it told me it would format the 1tb drive before cloning.

Thanks for any help

EDIT:

Im running windows 8

My Rig: AMD FX-8350 @ 4.5 Ghz, Corsair H100i, Gigabyte gtx 770 4gb, 8 gb Patriot Viper 2133 mhz, Corsair C70 (Black), EVGA Supernova 750g Modular PSU, Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 motherboard, Asus next gen wifi card.

Buy a SSD instead, you will thank me afterwards

Yah thats a good idea, sadly it has nothing to do with my question.

Couldn't you use Disk Management to shrink the volume on the 1TB drive, then create a 350gb partition and use clonezilla to restore the 350gb to the new partition on the 1TB Disk?

Idk i have to look into this. That's probably what im gonna have to end up doing
