Basically I'm just looking for a good Motherboard and maybe a nice Full Tower Case. I was thinking to get the ASUS X99-E WS, but then again I'm not sure.

Can somebody give me suggestions for the two "?".

For case I'd suggest a Phanteks Enthoo Pro or Luxe

I believe the Sabertooth is limited to 2400 DDR4. With that in mind if you go for that board you will have to change your choice of ram.

Feel like the Deluxe doesn't come with to many features as the Sabertooth.

Also, can the Deluxe hold 32GB of DDR4 RAM?

Deluxe comes with more features than the Sabertooth (I own both). I bought the Sabertooth for the warranty, and I did not need/use the wifi/bluetooth that comes with the Deluxe. Both boards support a maximum of 64GB (Linus was able to get a BIOS tweak to support a higher amount apparently).

X99 Sabertooth supports up to 3333 MHz > http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:_ssMZLKWhuEJ:dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA2011/SABERTOOTH-X99/SABERTOOTH_X99_DRAM_QVL_20150108.pdf+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

I have yet to see a board that doesn't support over 3000 on X99.

case get a define r5.

mobo get whatever you need. I personally don't care about all the bells and whistles of the x99-deluxe so I'd get an x99-a.

rest of your build is really solid. except you could prob save a few bucks with a cheaper psu like an evga g2.

make sure you get either a 1440p or 4k monitor for that rig.

I was looking at the board and noticed this: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/SABERTOOTH_X99/specifications/

I guess there is more to it and you do own the board.  My mistake.

So I have one last question to this build. Which is the RAM.

This is the final.

Case Enthoo Pro

MOBO Asus X99 Deluxe

CPU Intel i7-5820k

GPU EVGA GTX 980 ti

SSD Intel 750 Series PCIE 400GB

SSD Samsung 850 Evo 500GB

RAM G Skill Ripjaws 3000 32GB OR G Skill Ripjaws 2800 64GB

Hard Drive Western Digital Black 3TB

Hard Drive Western Digital Black 1TB

Hard Drive Western Digital Black 1TB

Watercooling Corsair Hydro Series H100i GTX Extreme

PSU Corsair HX1000i

Monitor Acer Predator 1440p 144hz IPS

Thermal Paste - Deepcool Z9

What RAM should I get? I'm currently leaning towards the 64GB.

Unless you're doing professional 4K video encoding and effects, hosting multiple VM's, or doing some server class computational work 64GB is extreme overkill. I barely get up to 14GB scrubbing 4K 30fps off the GoPro.

If you're committed to 64GB get a kit that's on the QVL as the higher capacities and speeds are going to be somewhat limiting. If it's not on the QVL for the board, the manufacturer hasn't tested it in the board. Everything should work, but if it doesn't you're in for a hassle.
