Okay so i will be joining the PC master race and i was wondering if this is a good setup or should i change anything 

 

 

CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 Haswell Dual-Core 3.6GHz LGA 1150 54W Motherboard: ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VII HERO LGA 1150 Intel Z97 Video card: MSI R9 380 GAMING 4G Radeon R9 380 4GB 256-Bit RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 Hard drive: Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM SSD: Crucial BX100 CT250BX100SSD1 2.5" 250GB SATA 6Gbps Case: Rosewill CHALLENGER - Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case Power Supply: CORSAIR CSM Series CS550M 550W 

 

Also any tips or help will be much apreciated

What's your budget and location?

Why a overpriced motherboard, get a cheap H81 or H97 motherboard and you could upgrade the CPU to a i5 also get a better quality PSU as the CSM isn't that good and get a better mid tower case because that one has poor cable management

Most of the time, it's not the computer, it's the person using it.

Can you reccomend a motherboard, PSU  and a case???????
