K so I got an email from Microsoft Account Team saying "XYZ" was my verification code, I ignored it brushing it off as someone trying to reset my password, then i got an email from ebay saying i requested my password to be reset and i ignored that, then i got one from paypal (my paypal and ebay accounts are not linked) requesting a password reset, and then one saying i reset my password... which i didnt. so now i dont have access to it because i dont know the security questions ._. fuck paypal good thing i didnt have a credit card on it :D also the ip that was attached to the first email was 92.81.204.154, so fuck romania too >_>

Can't they must have gotten my email too since the messages were soon deleted after i had gotten them, email passwords have been reset now

Call them and tell them what happened, even if you don't know the answers they might have another way of verifying it's you. Worth a shot.

Don't click any links in the emails, they're quite possibly fake. Call PayPal to make sure they're legit.

That's almost certainly legitimate, look at the email address. You must have a keylogger or something similar, scan your computer immediately.

Lol, who cares if he has an IP? They can easily be spoofed, or they could be routing the traffic through that IP (TOR). Also, say that was the real persons IP, I'd doubt that the Romanian police would do anything about it.
