Moto G (2nd Gen) or Zenfone 2?

Charlie Hawkins

Hey guys

I'm going to buy a new phone soon and I've got the Motorola G 2 and the Asus zenfone 2 in mind. I can't decide on which phone I like the best so can you guys help me out? I like the fact that the zenfone has a 1080p screen and that the screen size in general is bigger but the Motorola still feels like a great competitor. Any other suggestions in the same sort of price range would be great too.

Thanks

Ah, then between the two the Zenfone 2 gets my vote. Its just a better value(better performance, more things, etc).

Thank you. Do you have any experience with the phone though?

Sadly no :( But from what I have seen its a great phone, with the only con being the Android skin. I have experience with the Moto G though, its great too but the 1GB of RAM holds it back and it just feels dated at this point.

Yea the extra 1gb of ram on the asus for the base model seems like a really good feature as well. Thanks for the help

I agree, I'd go with the ZenFone 2. It's pretty high on my list of possible choices. Depends if I can wait the month or two for the next Nexus phone with my broken screen.

More RAM, bigger screen, and if you don't like the skin just pony up the couple of dollars for Nova Launcher.
