I recently just completed my first major PC build, and I have noticed lately that the fps that I am getting at 1080p is nowhere near the fps that I saw in reviews for the games that I play. The graphics card is an MSI R9 390 8gb, and in GTA V on High settings, I am getting between 60-75 fps, which feels really low for the class of graphics card that it is and the settings that the game is on. I'm not too sure what could be causing it to not perform as expected. Any thoughts or ideas?

GTA, Whats your CPU? that's most likely the reason its falling behind, Its extremely CPU intensive too.

I see nothing in that list that is going to cause you a "bottleneck".

What monitor do you have?

It's always a good day if you woke up breathing.
