theres literally billions of heatsinks being made in all shapes, sizes, different metals, different purposes.

 

there is no way of even grasping the production, because every thing in the world that produces heat probably has a heatsink somewhere inside it.

Yeah, I agree, where are you supposed to find that kind of info? If you chose that topic for a science fair, you should choose something else

Get a passport, fly to a ton of countries, and ask every company the usual amount.  Then add those numbers up, an tell your teacher.  Cuz that's the only way you'd find out.

Can't change my topic. So I guess I'll just watch every episode of how its made until i find something.
