How do I remove a BIOS password?

I placed a password inside my mobo's BIOS and now I want to remove it. How?

You might be able to reset the BIOS, however, if you know it you the option should be near or below the create password at which point it'll ask for the password to remove the password.  (guessing from Intuition)

If you can't recall what you put in there you have to reset the bios. If that doesn't work, remove the battery from the motherboard, wait half a minute, plug it back in and the password should be gone.

Do you know the password?

I know what the password is. I just wanna remove it since I configured it to System boot so each time someone turns my pc on, it'll ask that password.

My cousins doesnt know what my password is but they keep on trying to guess it everytime I'm out for work and if they don't guess it, there's no option to properly shutdown the computer which is different from Window's password where you'll have the option to. So they just press the power button instead.(which is not the proper way to shutdown a computer IIRC)

That's the thing, I cannot find any option to remove the password.  :(

I know 3 ways two require hardware knowledge and one knowing the backdoor password of the BIOS, the most common one is to do the reset via CMOS battery removal, the other one is to change jumper pin location, both of the previously mentioned require a wait time of about 30 secs.

That's the thing, I cannot find any option to remove the password.  :(

Change the password to enter as in the key, just press it, it doesn't record it as a keystroke.

Just remove the battery to reset the BIOS, it will remove the password
