Weird question / pickle situation

I have an asrock Q1900M and a CX430 from my current second pc. I want to buy an Air 240 to put the asrock board in with an intel NIC and get the cheap samsung drive kyle got for his most recent build and put pfsense on it. Also I want to use my 3TB segate and have windows 10 on there so I could use the pc as an HTPC and gaming box. Gaming on that is stupid you say? I agree. That's the reason that I would move my 780 windforce in that machine whenever I wanted to game. My questions are:

1)should I do it?

2)can the cx430 handle the 780 considering that the rest of the system will pull 10-20w plus hdd power

3)whenever I boot into the windows partition I will be out of a router so..any ideas on what to do with that? Any parallel solution? I don't mind crazy ideas

Yeah....I didn't think it would..but I had half a hope still in my heart...
